Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the goods are in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is due to a supply error, damage during transit, or a warranty issue, we will arrange and cover return shipping and any resulting replacement supply costs.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, log in to your account, complete a return request and follow the instructions provided.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving your return. Please allow several additional days for your bank or card issuer to credit your account.

What Is Resalable Condition?

To qualify as being in resalable condition, returned products must meet the following requirements:

  • All original packaging must be retained in good condition, and the product must be suitable for resale.
  • The product must not be damaged, marked or dirty.
  • All spare parts supplied with the original order must be returned with the product.

Please note: Where products are not in resalable condition, a deduction will be made from the refund to reflect the fact that the product cannot be resold or requires inspection and repackaging.

Returned Goods: Condition & Packaging

Please retain the original box and packaging in case you need to return your unit. These are essential for protecting your product during return shipping.

Used Air Quality Products

Used air quality products, including dehumidifiers, air purifiers and air conditioners, are subject to a €50 hygiene cleaning charge.

If air filters have been opened or used, the cost of a replacement filter will be deducted from your refund.
